This is a competitive small business set aside invitation for bid/proposal. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 with small business set aside standard of 500 personnel. The magnitude of the requirement is between $6.5K - $8K. The place of performance is located at: US Coast Guard Station Channel Island, 4201 Victoria Avenue, Oxnard, CA 93035. The project consisted of the following: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and license as required to repair/renovate the command bathroom located in the 2nd floor the building in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). Any prospective contractor/vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Wage will be in accordance with Davis Bacon Act (DBA). All proposals/bids will be evaluated base on technical knowledged, work experience in military environment, flexibility and price (not necessarily in that order).
