The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237110 with small business set aside standard of 500 personnel. The magnitude of the requirement is between $14K - $18K. The place of performance is located at US Coast Guard Base Los Angeles/Long Beach, 1001 S. Seaside Avenue, San Pedro, CA 90731-7333, Point of Contact: Mr. Paul Nelson, phone # (310) 521-6014. The project specifically consisted of the following: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and license as necessary to excavate, identify the leaking water main pipe then repair/replace the leaking pipe then back fill as necessary in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). Any prospective Contractor/Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Wage determination can be check at https://www.wdol/gov/wdol/scafiles/davisbacon/CA33. Davis Bacon Act applies. All proposals/bids will be evaluated base on: Technical Knowleddge, Work experience in military environment, flexibility and price (not necessarily in that order).
