This is a competitive small business set aside invitation for bid/proposal. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238160with small business set aside standard of 500 personnel. The magnitude of the requirement is between $15K-$20K. The place of performance is located at US Coast Guard Air Station San Francisco, 1020 N. Acces Rd., San FRancisco, CA 94128. The project consisted of the following: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation and license as necessary to replace the existing roof drainage system with entirely new system (see attached statement of work for detail requirements). Any prospective Contractor/Vendor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Wage determination can be check at: http://www.wdol/gov/wdol/scafiles/davisbacon/CA33. Davis Bacon Act (DBA) applies. All proposals/bids will be evaluated base on technical knwoledge, work experience in military environment, flexibility and price (not necessary in that order).
