Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a firm fixed-price, small business set-aside contract for the United States Coast Guard to seal HVAC ducting and renew HVAC insulation in offices at USCG BASE Charleston in North Charleston, SC. The work must be performed at the specified location at 1050 Register St. A mandatory site visit must be arranged in advance and conducted between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM EST on March 27, 2026. All questions must be submitted in writing by 11:00 AM EST on April 8, 2026. The evaluation and award will follow a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process.
