This is a firm fixed-price, 100% small business set-aside solicitation for the replacement of a hydronic heating boiler at the USCG BASE in Charleston, SC. The evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. A mandatory site visit must be arranged in advance and conducted between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM EST on March 25, 2026. All questions must be submitted in writing by 11:00 AM EST on April 8, 2026.
