The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a qualified small business contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to clean and flush the fire main supply at USCG Base Charleston in Charleston, SC. The contract will be a firm fixed-price purchase order awarded on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. Site visits are strongly encouraged and can be arranged between June 8th and June 12th, 2026. All questions must be submitted in writing by June 19th, 2026, with answers posted by June 17th, 2026.
