The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to perform Mess Attendant and contingency cook services at the main dining facilities, USCG Base Charleston Galley. Specific tasks include food preparation; service of food; replenishment, replacement and removal of food serving containers; cleaning and sanitizing of dining room tables, chairs and benches; cashier services; housekeeping/custodial services of both dining facilities; waste management; grounds maintenance around each facility; and equipment maintenance and repair in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. Period of performance is April 01, 2021-March 31, 2022.
