This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. The U.S. Coast Guard Base Ketchikan requires semi-annual cleaning and annual inspection and certification of its two (2) Gaylord commercial kitchen hood systems located in the Galley and Crow’s Nest facilities. Work must be performed by a factory-trained and authorized Gaylord Industries technician and meet the standards outlined in: Gaylord Manufacturer Specifications NFPA-96 (1998 Edition or current, as enforced by AHJ) Ketchikan Municipal Code (where applicable) A full Statement of Work (SOW) and Pricing Sheet are provided as attachments to this solicitation.
