This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation number is 70Z03524QKETC0025 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2024-04 Effective: 05/01/2024 This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses, with a small business size standard of $17.5M per annum. NAICS Code 713940 Fitness and Recreational Sports Centers Size Standard: $17.5M US COAST GUARD (USCG) SECTOR SOUTHEAST ALASKA has a requirement for Health Club Memberships to USCG personnel in the Juneau, Alaska, area, in accordance with the attached statement of work dated May 14, 2024. The period of performance is from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. FAR 52.212-1 and addenda to FAR 52.212-1 apply to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition. Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations.
