USCGC William Hart Dockside Tank Clean & Inspect
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price service contract set aside for Total Small Business. The U.S. Coast Guard requires a vendor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the cleaning and inspection of tanks onboard the USCGC William Hart in Honolulu during its scheduled dockside maintenance period from May 12 to June 9, 2026. The award will be made to the responsible quoter with the lowest price. All work must be coordinated through the designated Government Point of Contact. Vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
