This is a Firm-Fixed Price, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable solicitation for a small business to perform sewage system cleaning and inspection on the USCGC Frederick Hatch. The work must be performed dockside in Honolulu during the vessel's scheduled maintenance period from March 3 to March 31, 2026. The contractor must supply all new labor, materials, and equipment as detailed in the attached Statement of Work and schematics. All prospective bidders must be actively registered in SAM.gov.
