This is a Firm-Fixed Price construction contract for the cleaning and inspection of the HVAC system onboard the USCGC Frederick Hatch. The work must be performed at the USCG Industrial Production Facility in Honolulu during the vessel's scheduled dockside maintenance period from March 3-31, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced, responsive, and responsible quoter who is a registered Total Small Business under NAICS 238220. All labor, materials, and equipment must be provided by the contractor as detailed in the attached Statement of Work and schematics.
