This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors (Tailored for quotes under FAR part 13), evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation number is 70Z03423QHONO0500 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is unrestricted. Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations. USCG Forces Micronesia/Sector Guam has a requirement for installation of communication conduits, pullboxes, and condulets as per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This office is located in a Navy installation and will require offers to pass security checks and potentially background checks to gain access to the space.
