THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources pursuant to FAR Part 10. This notice is issued by the United States Coast Guard Base Guam to identify qualified and experienced sources capable of providing Janitorial Service for a period of one year starting 01 October 2023 and ending 30 September 2024, at the U.S. Coast Guard Base Guam, Santa Rita, Guam beginning on or about 01 October 2023. Janitorial services for 13,240 sqft of offices, hallways, restrooms(four male restrooms, four female restrooms, two male showers, two female showers. Two different locations about 6miles apart. One location has six small buildings totaling 10,600 sqft , other location has five offices spaces totaling 2,640sqft. One year contract from Oct 1st, 2023 thru Sep 30, 2024. Location is Naval Base Guam Santa Rita, Guam. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the service requirements. The applicable NAICS Code is 561210 - Facilities Support Services, with a size standard of $47 million. Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). This sources sought notice is seeking sources capable and interested in providing these services at this location.
