The original requirement was for the removal and disposal of an existing security camera system and the installation of a new, TAA-compliant CCTV system with up to nine cameras at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Yaquina Bay in Newport, Oregon. The project was set aside 100% for small businesses, and the government intended to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.
