Base Seattle Fire Alarm Confidence Testing
The contractor must provide all personnel and equipment to perform annual confidence testing on fire suppression, alarm, and sprinkler systems at U.S. Coast Guard Base Seattle, 1519 Alaskan Way S, Seattle, WA. The estimated period of performance is 09/28/2026 through 10/28/2026, with the PWS requiring completion by 10/22/2026 and work normally performed Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays. This is a firm-fixed-price contract requiring technical experience, a compliance-focused technical approach, a work schedule, personnel certifications, and up to three relevant past performance examples. Offerors must demonstrate at least five years of specialized experience with fire alarm and fire suppression inspection/testing and coordinate with the Contracting Officer and Technical POC to minimize operational disruption. Invoicing will be handled through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), and offerors must be registered in SAM prior to award.
