The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to repair and install wooden whalers, through rods, hardware, and roller hoops for the floating pier at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Umpqua River in Winchester Bay, Oregon. The contract is a firm-fixed-price purchase order with an estimated performance period of September 21 through October 22, 2026, and all work must be completed by October 14, 2026. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 27, 2026, at the station. Proposals must include a price breakdown, a technical approach, a project schedule, and references, with technical capability weighted more heavily than price.
