This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide a robust, reliable, and environmentally friendly electric, rechargeable personnel and light cargo transporter cart with a usable cargo bed (hereinafter referred to as "Burden Carrier") to be delivered to Air Station Port Angeles, WA. All quotes are due by the solicitation close, and all offers that are submitted late (by day and time zone) and quotes that do not include a breakdown of cost will not be considered in award determination.
