This is a Presolicitation for rental equipment to support the 2019 Far West Valor Games in Alameda, CA from Thursday 30 May -Monday 3 June 2019. A Solicitation for this requirement will be available electronically on or about April 8, 2019 via FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. The solicitation will be a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm-fixed price contract. The Government intends to a responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation, and provides the Government with the best value. The solicitation will state the exact terms for the award decision. The Government intends to execute a 100% Small Business set-aside based on market research indicating the expectation of two or more offers from small business concerns. The NAICS code for this requirement is 532310 with a size standard of $7.5 Million. The solicitation documents will incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78. SCA Wage Determination WD 15-5637. This will be a non-personnel services contract to provide the personnel, management and materials necessary to delivery, set-up and take down rental equipment to support the 2019 Far West Valor Games at USCG Island, Alameda, CA. 94501. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Site visit is recommended.
