AMENDMENT 001 is issued to clarfy the following: Potential offerors must provide a representative at a site visit. This may be an employee of the prime contractor or a subcontractor. However, failure to attend a site visit may be considered by the agency in determining whether the prime contractor is responsible, i.e., whether the prime contractor possesses the apparent ability to successfully meet the contract requirements. AMENDMENT 002 is issued to clarify the government requires single pane glass for this requirement. All other terms within the Statement of Work are unchanged.
