Coast Guard Southwest District Electronic Security Systems (ESS) Modernization
The US Coast Guard is seeking contractors to modernize Video Surveillance Systems and Physical Access Control Systems across the Coast Guard District Southwest area of operations. This small business set-aside will result in up to three Blanket Purchase Agreements for turn-key solutions. Offerors must submit a management approach, key personnel resumes, and at least three relevant past performance references. A sample project requires an Electronic Security System plan for Sector Humboldt Bay in McKinleyville, CA, with a 30-calendar-day performance period. The government will evaluate offers using a best-value tradeoff between technical factors, past performance, and price.
