To include, but not limited to providing all parts, labor, materials, tools, supervision and permits necessary to remove and recycle existing boiler and install a new high efficiency Lochinvar 155,000BTU boiler, or similar. Install a new stainless-steel vent which can be installed into the existing vent stack. Install condensation piping with a condensate neutralizer on drain line in pre-approved location as well as any other additional drain lines (pressure relief and/or backflow drain line), required by boiler manufacturer. Contractor is to provide a minimum warranty for all materials installed. This shall include any material imperfections or abnormalities. Ensure boiler passes inspection and is in operating status IAW manufactures specifications.
