This annoncement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z03020QC72SAT00. This combines synopis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through fedeal acquisition circular 2020. This is a small business set aside IAW FAR 19.5 The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order.
