This annoncement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z03019QPCH19900. This combines synopis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through fedeal acquisition circular 2019. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. Companies shall provide DUNS number as well as any socioeconmic categories for which they qualify. Tree Removal as per attached SOW.
