This is a total small business set-aside, firm-fixed-price service contract for cleaning administrative and industrial buildings at the United States Coast Guard Base New Orleans, located at 1790 Saturn Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70129. The award will be made to the offeror with the Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable proposal, evaluated on price, past performance, and technical capability. Offerors are encouraged to inspect the site in accordance with FAR 52.237-1 to familiarize themselves with conditions affecting performance. A pre-conference will be held after contract award.
