Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The U.S. Coast Guard seeks a qualified, state-licensed contractor to replace the backflow preventer for fire hydrants on the CGC Patoka. The period of performance is 60 days after receipt of order, and the work location is the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Patoka. This is a firm-fixed-price construction contract set aside for total small businesses, to be awarded on a lowest-priced technically acceptable basis. Offerors must be actively registered in SAM and submit a quote covering price, technical approach, and past performance. All work must meet state codes and industry standards and be coordinated through the designated Contracting Officer's Representative.
