Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a firm-fixed-price construction solicitation for a small business to remove existing exterior lighting and install new LED marine-grade fixtures at the U.S. Coast Guard Station in Venice, Louisiana. The work must be performed by a state-licensed contractor and completed within 60 days after receipt of the order. The award will be made on a lowest-priced, technically acceptable basis, evaluating price, technical acceptability, and past performance. All materials and installation must meet state codes and industry standards, with all work coordinated through the designated Contracting Officer's Representative. Offerors must be actively registered in SAM.
