Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the statement of work to become familiar with the requirements. All services must be in accordance with the statement of work. This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest bidder. This is set aside 100% for small businesses. All contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov.
