Award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable, and no installation or labor is required from the vendor. The building must meet detailed specifications including fire-rated construction, explosion-proof electrical components, a 393-gallon sump, and specific shelving, with delivery FOB destination and a one-year warranty. After award, the contractor must provide required submittals within 14 calendar days, the Coast Guard will have 7 calendar days to review, and a firm delivery date must be provided within 14 calendar days after award. Deliveries must be scheduled between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
