Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The U.S. Coast Guard requires a full rehabilitation of two bathrooms and associated locker rooms, including replacement of drywall, tile, furnishings, fixtures, and installation of climate control and ventilation systems. The work will be performed at 97 Conference Center Drive in East Peoria, Illinois. This is a firm-fixed-price contract set aside 100% for small businesses, to be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable bidder. A mandatory site visit is required, and arrangements must be made with the listed point of contact. All contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).
