This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and no other written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, (FAR Part 36) evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. Offerors must actively be registered in System for Award Management - https://www.sam.gov The USCGC Kickapoo has a requirement for the vendor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to removing the existing non-functional automatic transfer switch at its shore facility and replacing it with a new transfer switch.
