ALL Applicable Standard Specifications and Drawings referenced in the Statement of Work(SOW) provided. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the contractor with the lowest priced offer. This is set-aside 100% for small business. Federal Acquisition Regulations and Department of Labor wage determinations are attached and are applicable. All vendors must be registered on SAM.gov and IPP.gov, and have a valid UEID.
