This is a combined synopsis / solicitation to remove driftwood and debris around the upper pilings and mooring dock located at the USCG facility in Owensboro, KY. All work to be completed according to the attached Statement of Work. The Contractor will remove driftwood from around upper pilings and mooring dock. Work shall be completed from a river barge. Only driftwood in the water may be moved. Wood on the river back must remain, or be loaded onto the barge for disposal. Removed driftwood from pilings and mooring will be pushed free from lodged area to float down river. A Firm Fixed Price service order will be issued to the contractor with the lowest priced quote. All contractors must be actively registered in Sam.Gov Submit your quote to sterling.t.davis@uscg.mil by 3:30 pm CST on 5/31/2024. Place of performance is USCG Shore Side Detachment 3301 East 4th Street Owensboro, KY 42303. Period of performance is June 17th through 28th, 2024. Period of performance is negotiable. Federal Acquisition Regulations and Department of Labor Wage Determination KY 2015-4685 are attached and are applicable.
