The United States Coast Guard Air Station Houston is soliciting for a contractor that will provide all labor and materials to remove existing rubberized pellet surface and replace with fall safe foam surface to improve safety of play area. A recent environmental inspection revealed that existing rubberized pellets were running out into the parking lot and storm drain and need to be removed and replaced as this is an environmental violation. Resurfacing the play area with fall protecting foam will increase safety for children using the area.
