Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and it is highly recommended to visit the facility to take field measurements, evaluations, etc., and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. All work is to be completed in accordance with the PWS. This will be a firm- fixed priced purchase order awarded to the Lowest Bidder. This is set aside 100% for small business.
