This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to provide a comprehensive commercial alarm panel & intrusion alarm monitoring service solution. The intent of this project is to consolidate the Coast Guard’s 8th District Fire Alarm Panel & Intrusion Alarm Monitoring services into one Contract, eliminating the many separate contracts for the services in the district to streamline payment processing and handling. The locations of this contract are in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Ohio, Florida, Arkansas, and Pennsylvania. Please see the performance work statement for a complete list of locations. The Contractor shall provide all labor, services, and equipment in this PWS. The quote shall be provided using firm fixed prices. The Contractor shall provide a quote with a firm fixed price for each service address in this PWS., with a grand total for all service addresses. All work is to be completed in accordance with the performance work statement. This will be a firm-fixed priced service order awarded to the lowest bidder. This is set aside 100% for small business.
