This requirement will have (1) definite work item and (8) option work items in accordance with Performance Work Statements (PWS) provided. Please note this requirement will have specific TESTING Points throughout the requirement All testing will be conducted with an appointed USCG personnel present. ALL work shall be done in accordance with AST manufacturing instructions, 29CFR 1910.106.applicable EPA regulations, NFPA 30 and NFPA 30A. PROVIDE AN ITEMIZED PRICE FOR DEFINITE WORK ITEM AND EACH OPTION ITEMS WHEN SUBMITTING QUOTE. A site visit is encouraged. Vendors are to be registered and current in SAMS. GOV with UEI. Federal Acquistion Regulations Clauses and DBA Wage Rates LA20230052 are included and applicable. Please fill out blocks 14 thru 17 on Standard Form 1442 if you will be submitting quote.
