This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to initiate multi-level fire system maintenance and inspections service contract which follows local, state, and federal fire marshal code requirements at U.S Coast Guard Base New Orleans, as outlined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Performance Work Statement to become familiar with the required work. All work is to be completed in accordance with the performance work statement. Contractor shall provide personnel who have the qualifications, knowledge and working experience on Simplex Grinnell protection systems. Potential contractors shall submit proof of authorization to work on and access proprietary programing for Simplex Grinnell protection systems while performing the functions outlined in the Performance Requirements. This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest bidder. This is set aside 100% for small business. All contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov.
