This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will not be issued. The US Coast Guard Station Venice has a requirement to repair a faulty fuel delivery pump, to include the following description: Remove and replace Phillips Pump LLC PN # EDP-3 SN # 070033 Duplex Pump Skid 1/3 Max HP 15 amps with same or equal part. Remove and replace North American Electric Inc. Duplex Pump Model F56C1/354C with same or equal part. Remove and replace Kraissl Company Inc. Duplex Strainer Model 72-31D 0.75” pipe size 200 PSI Max Working Pressure with same or equal part. Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment for all requested work and for cleaning up all excess materials. Repair/replace damaged wiring and piping with same materials or its equivalent. After the pump system is fixed, inspect and test Burnham Low Pressure Boiler Model MP0189-TB Date 03/2007 SN # 64972462 and Beckett Model AFG Series Oil Burner SN # 070109-17740 Pump Prs 150 PSI to ensure they are in good working condition. If not, repair boilers. If boilers cannot be repaired and must be replaced, notify Coast Guard POC before proceeding. Complete operational test of all repairs with Station Engineering point of contact. POC must be present during the testing of the heating system. Contractor will remove any excess waste materials left after repairs are completed. The jobsite will be cleaned. The contractor shall not use Coast Guard dumpsters or any waste receptacles for disposal of debris. Please see the attached Statement of Work for specifications of work.
