This requirement is for the Contractor RENEWAL of 143 hydraulic hoses, fittings, UV guards and tags on USCG Marine Travel Lift Model 150CII. All renewed hoses, fittings , UV guards and tags must meet ALL specifications. All in accordance with Statement of Work(SOW) and USCG SFLC Technical Standard 505-2 Hoses and Expansion Joints provided. Please note this requirement will have specific Quality Assurance and INSPECTION Points throughout the requirement . All Inspections will be conducted with an appointed USCG personnel. All listed Specifications are applicable. ***A site visit is strongly encouraged. Some hoses are in excess of 35 feet above ground.*** Vendors are to be registered and current in SAMS. GOV with UEI. Federal Acquistion Regulations Clauses and Department of Labor Wage Rates 2015-5233 REV. 21 are included and applicable. Please fill out blocks 17a thru 31c on Standard Form 1449 if you will be submitting quote. All applicable paperwork is Attached to this solicitation. This requirement will be awarded to lowest price.
