This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offers’ will not be tailored (tailored for quotes under FAR part 13) evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation number is 70Z02922QNEWO0061 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is a set-aside 100% for Small Business.
