The United States Coast Guard is issuing a solicitation to blast and paint two (2) spuds, one (1) tender spud A frame, one(1) capstan deck plate and one(1) capstan barrel at the Contractor's facility. As stated in Statement of Work and ALL Applicable Standard Specifications and Drawings referenced in the Statement of Work(SOW) provided. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the contractor with the lowest priced offer. This is set-aside 100% for small business.
