This is a combined snopsis / solicitation for a contractor to clean the cutter barge and Main Diesel Engine exhaust, Ships Service Diesel Generator Exhaust, and boiler exhaust according to the attached statement of work and specifications. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the contractor with the lowest priced offer. Federal Acquisition Regulations and Department of Labor wage determinations are attached and are applicable. Period of performance is April 25th through 29th, 2022.
