Delivery of containers (if required) are to be placed between hanger, and public work building. The small business size standard for this requirement is $41.5 million. All quotations submitted will be evaluated in terms of the requirements meeting the service in this RFQ, price and delivery. Upon conclusion of the evaluation, the quotation that is most advantageous to the Government may result in an award to other than the lowest offer.
