Source Sought Synopsis: The Purpose of this notice of intent is to notify the commercial market of the Government's intent to make an award to SMV Technologies, Inc. for the purchase of Non – Reflective, fluorescent, pressure-sensitive day board film. More specifically the U.S Coast Guard is in need of: Vendor is to provide : Day Board Film USCG Spec No. G-ECY-473A. The NAICS is 326113. Vendors doing business with the Coast Guard must be registered or be willing to register with the System Award Management at www.SAM.gov. Please Email all information to Jamy Pickett (504) 253-4507 jamy.r.pickett@uscg.mil This requirement will be made on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR PART 6.302-1 (a) (c) (ii). The requirement will be fulfilled by the delivery of the above mentioned items. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary. Responses to the notice of intent to award will not serve as proposals, bids or offers which could be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. As such, the Government will not cover any cost for any information or inquiry submitted as a result of this request.
