The U.S. Coast Guard Base Borinquen in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico requires the purchase and delivery of five brand-new Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs) under a firm-fixed-price commercial contract. Delivery is strictly F.O.B. Destination to the base in Puerto Rico. The contractor is 100% responsible for all logistics, including ocean freight, port clearances, customs/Hacienda documentation, and final land transport inside the base. All shipping costs must be built into the quoted price, and the government will not pick up vehicles from any port.
