This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart. 12.3 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this combine synopsis/solicitation is for the HVAC Services and 30T Air Handler Repairs at USCG Air Station Clearwater, FL. The requirements in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), the contractor shall provide qualified individuals to conduct the Service and Repairs. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the service and repairs. Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the entire Performance Work Statement (PWS) and it’s highly recommended to visit the facility for evaluations and to become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. The Service Maintenance and Repairs will be conducted during normal work operation hours (0700-1500, Monday through Friday except for Federal Holidays). The contractor shall adhere to all safety requirements. After the award of contract, a pre-conference will be held prior to starting the project at US Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater. FL. Performance location: 15100 Rescue Way, Clearwater, FL 33762 This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The award will be based on Best Value to the Government.
