This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is 70Z02821Q7J1003 issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is solicited using full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 562998 All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Service Business Size of $8.0. The basis of award will be Best Value. The purpose of this solicitation is for GREASE REMOVAL SERVICES for the US Coast Guard Station Sand Key, FL, in according with each Scope of Work requirements. The requirements in accordance with the Scope of Works (SOWs), the contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to remove, dispose, and repair grease materials. The contractor shall pump out approximately 1500 gallons of grease on a monthly basis. It is highly recommended to visit the facilities to make a full evaluation and become familiar with the unit grease trap areas, along with reviewing the entire Scope of Work to discuss the specifics with the Point of Contact. The Period of Performance is October 1, 2020 thru September 30, 2021. Contractor access to the site locations shall be limited to normal operation Monday through Sunday, excluding holidays between the hours of 0700 to 1600 or as needed by the unit. Access in not permit during the weekends without prior approval of the Point of Contacts (POCs) or Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror, whose offer conforming to the solicitation and Scope of Works, and most advantageous to the Government. Proposals shall be submitted on the offeror/vendor/contractor letterhead via email or fax Proposals shall be 10 pages or less All prospective contractors shall be register in the SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) before submitting their proposal for this solicitation. The Best Value evaluation will be based on Capabilities Statement, Past Performance, and Price. The U. S. Government will not provide reimbursement for any information that may be submitted in response to the RFQ. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to the RFQ. The United State Coast Guard Contracting Office will evaluate all quotes and intends to satisfy this requirement these requirements through a formal acquisition process.
