The purpose of this RFQ is for the replacement of existing standard window shade with an Interior Motorized Vertical Window Treatment, to cover all windows throughout the Retail Officer’s and Chief’s ... The purpose of this RFQ is for the replacement of existing standard window shade with an Interior Motorized Vertical Window Treatment, to cover all windows throughout the Retail Officer’s and Chief’s Lounge, along with the installment of a 160’ motorized projector screen which will be provided. All shades and projector screen shall be integrated into the existing scenes (presentation, entertainment, music, and etc.) controlled by the existing system. The requirements in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW), the contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to remove, replace, and dispose of minor refuse, excess or waste materials. The contractor shall install new motorized vertical window treatment and projector screen. The USCG will provided Ethernet (CAT6) control wire for each shade/projector and 120V electric for motorized projector screen only. Contractor shall protect all equipment and merchandise in work locations. The required specifications are listed in the SOW. The contractor is responsible for verifying all dimensions. Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the scope of work and it’s highly recommended to visit the facility. After the award of contract, a pre-conference will be held prior to starting the project at US Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater. The U. S. Government will not provide reimbursement for any information that may be submitted in response to this RFQ. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFQ. The United States Coast Guard Contracting Office will evaluate all quotes and intends to satisfy this requirement through a formal acquisition process.
