USCG Base Miami Beach Contracting Office has a requirement to purchase for US Coast Guard Detachment, US Virgin Islands, St. Thomas, private school elementary education and secondary schools for two students in 6th Grade, and 8th Grade for the 2019 - 2020 school year. *Updated 19 AUG 2019 Requirement has changed from original posting from 3 students to 2 students. US Virgin Islands Educational Requirements Grades: Kindergarten - 12th Education Requirements: A local, tuition-charging, English language school which provides an appropriate education. Special Education Requirements: A local, tuition-charging, English language school with an appropriate educational program that can meet the needs of the special education student. School must meet standard United States Department of Education accreditations and must be physically located in the USVirgin Islands St. Thomas. Selection for award will be made using best value.
